Dang, that's a long name! I was completely unfamiliar with this appellation, so you're getting my thoughts straight off the dome. France seems to do this 'villages' thing with quite a few region, where they have newer or lesser known areas around an appellation. I'm more familiar with Cotes Du Rhone Villages, and those are normally extremely good. Burgundy is more known for their reds, but I guess they make some whites too!

I got very little on the nose, some slight minerality and the smell of the sea, other than that it was a very neutral smell. The taste was Apricots, pear, herbs, mint, and a lot of mineral. Similar minerality to sancerre, but felt less lemmon/lime and more sweeter pear/apricot. It was good, but I think I prefer Sancerre more.

Very light and drinkable, you may find yourself finishing your first glass without realizing it. More of a wine for quaffing with cheese and toast than something serious to drink with your meal.
